Always a very very good experience. I guess no one ever wants to see a dentist but I appreciate everyone from the front office to the back thank you Dr Cisneros for taking care of my father and myself. If you are in need of a dental home this is your place.

I had been dreading going back to my previous dentist because I never felt like my concerns were truly being heard. After researching a new office, I found Dentist on Sand Canyon and decided to give them a try based on their great reviews—and I’m so glad I did! Before my appointment, Dr. Cisneros personally texted me to check in and ask if there were any concerns I’d like her to know about ahead of time. That level of care immediately stood out to me. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office is beautiful, but even more importantly, every staff member was welcoming, kind, and professional. You can genuinely feel the positive work culture they have created. Every person I interacted with made me feel comfortable and cared for. Most importantly, all of my concerns were addressed. I was able to get a deep cleaning and a crown completed the same day! I’ve had crowns done elsewhere before, and I always dreaded dealing with temporary crowns because they would hurt or fall off. Here, they got straight to the point and completed everything right away. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and honestly amazing. I’m excited to make this my dental office moving forward, and I’ll definitely be switching my family over as well. Don’t let a few negative reviews discourage you—go experience this place for yourself. You won’t regret it! And a special thank you for the cozy dental blanket and for getting me out in time to watch the World Cup game. That extra thoughtfulness didn’t go unnoticed!

My first visit to Dr. Cisnero’s office was pleasant from start to finish. The office staff, Stephanie, Sury, and Jasmine were so kind and helpful. Dr. Cisneros was absolutely amazing. She is such a professional and very calming. I would highly recommend her!!!
